Dr. Leslie Gordon Simons was recognized with the distinction of an Active Learning Leader at the Active Learning Summit in February, following completion of the Active Learning Summer Institute (ALSI). ALSI is a three week intensive workshop that promotes increased student engagement and success through the implementation of active learning techniques.
