Requirements To meet the requirements for the minor, students must take 18 hours of coursework that meet the requirements below: SOCI 1101 Introductory Sociology (3 hours) Electives (15 hours, 9 hours of which are upper-division-i.e., 3000-level or higher) No more than six (6) hours of transfer credit can be used to satisfy minor requirements.
